Do I need to travel to Greece at all?

No. Every stage can be handled remotely: consultation by video call, design approval through mood boards and 3D renders, and progress shared with photo and video updates. Many clients see the home for the first time on handover day.

How do you keep me updated?

Scheduled updates throughout the project, with photo and video progress reports, supplier and contractor follow-up, delivery supervision and a final walk-through before handover.

Can you hold the keys and let suppliers in?

Yes. We act as your local key-holder, receiving deliveries, giving access to contractors and supervising installation on your behalf.

Can you set the home up for guests or rental?

Yes. Our Move-in Essentials cover everything from kitchen appliances and tableware to bed linens and bathroom accessories, so the home is ready to live in, or to rent, from day one.

How is a project priced?

Pricing is tailored to each project, depending on scope, size, complexity and the level of coordination involved. After a short discovery call we send a clear proposal with the scope, timeline, deliverables and everything included, so there are no surprises.
